Tuesday Awards Banquet.   Choice of:

             Fire Roasted Prime Rib rubbed with virgin olive oil and seasonings

            or Alaskan Herb Roasted Halibut baked with an Italian herb sauce  

            or Vegetarian option

Wednesday Dinner at Pelican Point.  Choice of:

            Chicken Wellington topped with spinach and mushrooms, wrapped in a Puff Pastry and baked. Served with a Champagne Cream sauce.

            or Fresh Salmon baked and topped with a Creamy Dijon Dill Sauce.

            or Vegetarian option
